EUA is seeking an individual to join our team and expand our reach!  Are you the person we're seeking?

The Engagement Specialist serves as an organizational, planning, facilitation, communications, and community engagement resource for clients of Eppstein Uhen Architects (EUA), primarily those in our Learning Environments studio.

Learning Environments specializes in designing innovative learning environments for 4K-12 school districts, with the Engagement Specialists working particularly close with clients requiring the referendum process to advance facilities projects. The Engagement Specialist will use strong writing abilities, meeting facilitation talents and organizational skills to support clients' pre-referendum planning, communications and community engagement needs. While engaged in pre-referendum planning, EUA's school district clients look to the Engagement Specialist for guidance and leadership on the pre-referendum timeline; meeting facilitation; key message development; public participation techniques; public information content development; traditional and social media; and alignment with other project consultants. The Engagement Specialist will further support clients on an as needed basis during the post-referendum project phase by assisting with facilities-related communications and/or community engagement needs.

The Engagement Specialist supports EUA project teams throughout the pre- and post-referendum process by helping to ensure internal and external timelines and client expectations are met.
